Position Overview:

The intern will assist the corporate partnerships department with day-to-day tasks and season-long projects related to prospecting, research, recaps, and hosting.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Assist the Corporate Partnerships sales team with prospecting and category research
  • Assist with the development and ideation of partnership platforms for prospects and partners
  • Conduct research around partner activations and create meaningful touchpoints to share with partners
  • Assist with partner and prospect hosting on game nights
  • Project manage special assignments related to sales and activation functions of the corporate partnerships team
  • Assist with support and execution of games and special events
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications (educational, experience and basic knowledge requirements):

  • Current rising Senior or Senior currently attending a HBCU
  • Displayed interest in marketing, specifically sports and/entertainment marketing
  • Ability to work up to 40 hrs/week, split between general office hours and game nights
  • Exceptional work ethic and initiative, strong desire to succeed, professionalism, and a passion for the sports industry
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, some experience with PowerPoint preferred.
  • Display strong communication and interpersonal skills, fan-first attitude
  • Ability to work by self and in teams, depending on task/project
  • Positive attitude

Flexibility in working extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required

Travel Requirements:

Less than 25% of the time.

Work Environment:

This position is based in our Camden, NJ office.
