VIDEO PRODUCTION SUMMER INTERNSHIP

As our Video Production Summer Intern, you'll spend the off-season working on a variety of video related projects for all Trail Blazers departments.
What you'll do:

• Work with various production equipment including cinema cameras, SLR cameras, lighting, microphones for location and studio production.
• Assisting in video production and post production process for in-arena, web and social content.
• Act as a production assistant for summer commercial shoots and company events.
• Help as an assistant producer by organizing off-site work such as permitting, scheduling and booking talent, prop procurement, and location scouting.
• Assist on photoshoots and set photography with Trail Blazers staff photographer.
• Assisting in post-production work as assigned for Trail Blazers and Rose Quarter Events projects
• Helping to manage video archive and file/footage requests for various projects including corporate & community season recap video features.
• Performing other tasks as assigned based on interest and skill level.
You are qualified if:
• You are 18 years of age or older.
• You are in the process or have recently earned a Bachelor's degree in an applicable major such as Design, Art Media, Radio/TV/Film, or Communications.
• You can work part-time, flexible hours that could include nights, weekends and selected holidays.
• You are proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro. Knowledge of After Effects is a plus.
• You possess knowledge of production equipment, including cinema and SLR cameras.
• You prioritize assignments, stay organized and have a sharp eye for detail.
• You possess excellent written and verbal skills.
• You exhibit outstanding interpersonal skills.
• You have a high level of business insight and integrity.
• You are a creative and dedicated problem solver who can make independent decisions.
• You demonstrate excellent follow-through.
• You possess the ability to lift 20-50 lbs.
